Returns Policy

VIRVITA offers you a 14-day return policy, which means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return. For any return inquiries, you can always contact us via chat.

Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with the original tags, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Return Request
Please contact us via chat to request a return. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Exchange
For a quick exchange, we advise you to return the item and once the return is accepted, receive a store credit equal to the value of your order instead of a refund.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. If you have not received a refund after 15 business days following the approval of your return, please contact us at info@virvita.be or via chat.
